FAQ

WHEN ARE MY ACTIVITIES CONFIRMED?  After you submit your tour request through our site or by phone, you’ll be sent a confirmation email with your itinerary and activity or tour vouchers or a request for additional information.

HOW WILL I GET MY TICKETS?  Your e-voucher will be sent via email, which you can then print. This will be used as your ticket. If you don’t have access to a printer, we’ll be happy to fax a copy to your home or hotel for you. If you do arrive for your tour without your e-voucher – you must have your confirmation information with you at check-in.

HOW DO I GET DIRECTIONS TO THE ACTIVITIES?  Most information, including directions and/or pick up locations and times will be stated directly on your vouchers. If this information is not provided, make sure to use the Google Map tool located on each of the “Island” pages.

DO YOU DO GROUP BOOKINGS?  Chevy really enjoys working with groups! Once we get your request and the number in the party, we’ll work directly with the vendor on your behalf to get the best discount. Please note most vendors have stricter group cancellation policies which may or may not not be posted on our site but you’ll be made aware of at time of booking.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE?  If you find it necessary to cancel you may do so from 48hrs to 72hrs (depending on the vendor) before your scheduled tour to get a refund. There will be an 8% cancellation fee in the event of cancellations made before 48hrs to 72hrs. However, if you cancel your activity within 48hrs to 72hrs of the scheduled time of the activity no refunds can be given. Re-scheduling can usually be done with at least 24 hours advance notice. A very few activities, and groups of six or more may have different cancellation policies, we will let you know. Chevy’s advice – please take into account time differences!

ARE TIPS AND GRATUITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?  No, they are not included but are always appreciated. A good guideline would be $5.00 per person.

WHAT ABOUT CHILDREN, SENIORS, OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?  Most activities are safe and fun for everyone. If you have special requirements or conditions, please let us know and we’ll make appropriate suggestions. Some tours have height, age, or weight restrictions while others may have restrictions pertaining to back or neck problems, pregnant mothers, etc.

IS THERE A BETTER TIME OF DAY FOR SOME ACTIVITIES?  Mornings are often better for activities such as snorkeling, boat rides and helicopter tours due to lighter wind conditions. Still, you never know exactly what the weather will be like on any given day, so if your only opportunity is in the afternoon don’t be worried. Some activities are not affected by weather conditions, but ones that are may have to be re-scheduled. Chevy’s advice – schedule boat rides or air tours at the beginning of your stay in case an activity needs to be re-scheduled because of weather!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?  Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover credit cards are accepted and your credit card is charged only upon your verbal or written authorization. You must be 18 years old.

WHAT ARE SOME TYPICAL TAXES AND FEES?  Most activities will have all taxes and fees included. However, some activities may require additional payments such as fuel surcharges or harbor fees to be paid at check-in. You’ll be advised of this in advance.

ARE YOU REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF HAWAII?  We are Activity Desk #945 in the state of Hawaii.
