A fun and exciting dinner show evening with a 5-Course Whole Maine Lobster and Tenderloin Steak dinner. Your voyage begins off Honolulu with a Champagne toast, followed by continuous entertainment from welcome hula to live Jazz, and the magical “My Hawaii–Lei of Memories” show by the largest cast on island waters!
Menu: Imported and domestic cheeses with an assortment of Gourmet Crackers and Fresh Tropical Fruit. Salads, Steamed Whole Maine Lobster, Fire Roasted Tenderloin Steak, Homemade Yukon and Purple Okinawan Mashed Potatoes, and Sauteed Fresh Seasonal Vegetables. Dessert and freshly brewed coffee and tea. Special Menus of Chicken, Fish or Vegetarian available with advance notice.
