Hawaii Fun Tours reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions under which the web site is offered and you agree to accept and those terms, conditions, and notices at the time of your visit to our web site.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a refund, changes or cancellations must be made directly with Hawaii Fun Tours, either by phone or e-mail. For parties of 5 or less reservations can be changed or canceled at least 48 hours prior to check-in time, and for parties of 6 or more, reservations can be changed or canceled at least 72 hours prior to check in time – though some vendors have more restrictive policies. You will be advised of any and all restrictions at time of booking as well as the more restrictive policies some vendors may have. For changes or cancellations received within these time restrictions your credit card may be charged the total activity or tour price, including a service fee of 8% of this price if we have already charged your credit card.
Please note: “No Shows” on scheduled activity dates will be charged in full. If the vendor cancels the tour and is unable to re-schedule, a full refund will apply and our 8% service fee will be waived.
OUR LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Vendors, providers and other suppliers providing activities are independent contractors and not agents of Hawaii Fun Tours. We have no liability for negligence of any vendors, providers of travel, or suppliers of activities for any personal injuries, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therein. In consideration of the purchase of activities the purchaser, hereby releases, holds harmless and indemnifies the activity company Kokua Partners LLC dba Hawaii Fun Tours from and against all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities and losses in any way related to or arising from the purchase of and/or participation in the activity.
